Permanent records of all students are retained at the university indefinitely.

How Grades Are Determined

Grades are based on the quality of work demonstrated through written tests, term papers, and projects as indicated on each course syllabus. Faculty will provide an individual evaluation for each course.

Grades are posted to the student's academic record, which is kept permanently.

CGPA Requirements

Minimum cumulative GPA standards must be maintained to remain in good academic standing:

Graduate Programs (DBA / MBA) 3.0
Undergraduate Programs 2.5
Special Grade Codes

Codes such as I (Incomplete), W (Withdrawal), WF (Withdrawal after 60%), and NR (Not Reported) carry zero quality points and may affect academic standing. Speak to your academic advisor for guidance.
